I’m Dani and this is the start of my quest to being a better, fitter, healthier me! My weight gain started roughly six years ago before I graduated high school. I was young, naive, careless with what I placed into my body or what I did with it. I will be posting at least twice a week so you can keep read my progress and perhaps share your success stories too :)
Well it comes that time of year again where we all convince ourselves that we are going to lose that weight, save that money, and finally be the most organized individual anyone has ever seen. I made a long list of resolutions for this year and the number one thing I need to work on, just like so many others, is losing and maintaining my weight.
